Training for the whole unit, between the courses.
A team license puts the full Practitioner’s Compass library in front of every investigator on your team: for preparation before an interview or an affidavit, for roll-call and in-service training, and for new investigators learning the work from the first lesson.
Team licensing opens with the first videos. Request a quote now and Joe will follow up personally with pricing, paperwork, and the release schedule.
Who it is for
Warrant Prep and Search & Seizure for all 50 states, plus interviewing, report writing, and credibility assessment.
Interview Prep, Report Prep, and Credibility Assessment, written for investigators in both sectors.
A sequenced curriculum new investigators work through in order, with lessons you can screen in class.
What your organization gets
- Named seats. Each seat belongs to one person, with their own sign-in and their own saved progress. Seats can be reassigned when someone leaves or changes role.
- Group screening. Unlike an individual membership, a team license lets you show lessons to your own personnel in roll-call, in-service, or academy settings.
- The whole library. Every curriculum and every lesson as it is released, on the web and on a phone.
- Seat management and completion reports. Your license administrator assigns and reassigns seats online and sees who has signed in, lessons completed, last activity, and certificates earned, with a downloadable spreadsheet report.
- The Compass Guide for every seat. An AI training guide that lays out which lessons fit what each person is preparing to do. It sees lesson progress only, never case details.
Pricing
Annual licenses. Prices exclude any applicable tax; tax-exempt organizations can provide an exemption certificate.
How purchasing works
- A written license agreement sets out your seats, screening rights, and term.
- Invoiced directly to your organization, with your purchase order number if you use one.
- A W-9 and vendor registration information are available on request.
- A sole-source justification letter is available as supporting information for your purchasing office’s own review. Whether sole-source procurement applies is your organization’s decision.
Training credit
Each curriculum awards a certificate of completion when a member finishes every lesson in its national core, with a verification code anyone can check online. Whether a certificate counts toward POST, in-service, continuing-education, or recertification credit is decided by your training authority, not by ASC. On request, ASC provides course descriptions and the instructor’s qualifications to support your submission.
The library and the live courses
ASC’s live courses, such as Precision Search Warrants, put Joe in the room with your people. The library is what they come back to before the next interview or affidavit, and what new investigators use to learn the work between courses. Ask about pairing a team license with a live course.
